Area Coach Job Description

 

The Essex Bowls Coaches Association (EBCA) is looking to recruit an area coach for each of the eight Essex Bowling Areas.

Working with the County Coach the Area Coach will be responsible for ensuring that all of the needs of all coaches within their area are met and will be the primary spokesperson for their area.

 

This is an exciting new role and will suit a person with the following qualities:

Be a qualified coach with current membership

Have a keen interest in developing coaching

Have good communication and administrative skills

Be willing to attend centrally organised meetings

Be willing to hold meetings within their group

Be willing to undertake tasks in support of their group

This is a challenging and important position within the new Essex coaching framework however, it will also be rewarding and enjoyable.
