  Essex Bowls Coaches Association Meeting 25 Feb 24

Firstly a big Thank You to everyone who attended our meeting. Over 70 coaches and club officials were in attendance along with John Rednall and the two County Presidents, Dave Starkey and Sandra Foss.

It was a great meeting giving us the chance to clarify County Coaching Policy and review what has been

achieved since our formation  in 2020/21. More importantly we were able to get your very valued feedback

on what we can do to continue helping you. We will be looking at your ideas and  will strive to incorporate

them in our future coaching plans.
